It all begins with planning and analysis of the site where the pavilion will be installed. At this stage, the conditions of the ground and existing pavement are assessed, allowing the most suitable technical solution to be defined for each situation. The structure is fixed using stakes or chemical and/or segmented anchors, enabling installation on virtually all types of flooring, without the need for complex construction work.
After the site has been prepared, the assembly of the main structure begins, consisting of galvanized steel profiles. This type of structure ensures high resistance and excellent protection against corrosion, making the pavilion suitable for long-term use in industrial and logistics environments.
Once the structure has been assembled, a technical polyester fabric covering, coated with PVC, is applied. This fabric is manufactured using high-frequency electronic welding and/or hot air welding, ensuring strong joints and high durability over time. In addition, the covering allows natural light to pass through, contributing to a brighter indoor environment and reducing energy consumption.
In terms of safety, the fabric used does not propagate flames and blocks UV radiation, protecting both the stored goods and the users of the space. These factors make structured pavilions a reliable and safe solution for different storage needs.
Access to the pavilion is provided through sliding doors, installed in the position that best suits each client’s operation. These entrances allow the circulation of vehicles, forklifts, and trucks, facilitating day-to-day logistics operations.
After the assembly is completed, the final finishes are carried out, followed by a thorough inspection of the entire structure, ensuring that the pavilion is ready to enter operation in full compliance with technical and safety requirements.
